DUMPSTER RENTAL FAQs
Please reach us at rustcountryrolloffs@outlook.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
1. What types of waste do you manage?
Rust Country Rolloffs handles a wide range of waste from both construction sites and residential properties. We manage everything from construction debris to everyday household trash, ensuring proper and environmentally friendly disposal methods.
2. Do you offer recycling services?
Yes, Rust Country Rolloffs is committed to sustainability and offers comprehensive recycling services for paper, plastics, and metals. We strive to divert as much waste as possible from landfills through our extensive recycling efforts.
3. What type of waste is not allowed in the dumpster?
To ensure safety and environmental protection, we generally do not accept hazardous materials such as motor oil, paint, batteries, tires, asbestos, sealed containers like tanks or drums, chemicals, propane tanks, and pesticides in our dumpsters. However, there are exceptions if specifically contracted. We can handle 100% asbestos loads provided they are wetted down during loading and again before pickup, as preventing asbestos from becoming airborne is crucial to avoid a $5,000 fine and maintain access to disposal facilities. For liquid paint, we offer removal at a rate of $15 per gallon. Tires can be removed, with costs at $8 for car or truck tires, $20 for semi and skidsteer tires, and $425 per ton for any larger tires. Appliances are also removable if placed at the back door of the dumpster and on top of other debris, ensuring they are not above water level for easy covering, with a cost of $65 for the first appliance and $35 for each additional one. These items should not be hidden inside the dumpster, and we recommend consulting local regulations for the proper disposal of other restricted items.
4. Do you charge a delivery fee?
Delivery is free within a 5-mile radius of our facility. For locations beyond this range, we charge an additional delivery fee of $5.50 per mile to cover the extra distance.
5. How Is Tonnage/Waste Disposal Billed??
We believe in billing only for the exact weight of your dumpster disposal. Gone are the days of having 2-3 tons included in the price. You only pay for what you use at $0.05 per pound. Whether you’re disposing of cardboard boxes or a ton of bricks, you’ll be billed based on the exact weight of your waste.
6. Do I need to be present during the dumpster delivery and pickup?
You are not required to be present for the delivery or pickup of your dumpster. If you’re unavailable at the time of service, we’ll use the notes you’ve provided to dispatch to place your dumpster on site. Please note that we are not responsible for any damages to the ground or anything beneath it during the unloading and loading of the dumpster. While we strive to keep the area neat, rutting may occur on soft ground or due to the weight of the dumpster.
